That depends on where it is getting installed.  If its installed in The United States, then it is made in the U S.. Installed in Japan,, made in Japan ,etc...  Carpet just weighs to much to ship over seas.  It would cost more than the carpet is worth.   So all carpet here in the USA is made here.

I am a firm beliver in tile, For one .. It is beautiful. if done right with the right design or colors  second they are easy to clean, compared to carpet.  and third They lasty forever. if done right.    the only negative I can see is that they are a bit chilly in the winter.
