Tools required for carpet installation

Here's a list of the tools you're going to need to replace carpet I'll give you the full list and then I'll give you a list of what you can use just to get by to get it done.
 
     the most important tool a carpet layer has is his trusty knife not just any knife a carpet knife.
    second is a tie between a kicker and stair tool (tucker).  and with them 3 tools a person can install carpet. as long as there are no seams.  

   stretcher. seaming iron. hammer. tack strip cutter. Straight edge. kicker. stair tool. carpet knife.
